Objectives

The journalism department of Istanbul Arel University aims to provide students a multifaceted understanding of education, to explain recent advancements in communication science, and to impart general cultural knowledge that will aid them in performing their jobs to the best of their abilities.

Students who complete required internships at a variety of publications in the seventh semester get the chance to network with industry professionals, learn about the nuances of the business, and are encouraged to pursue journalism as a field of study. After the completion of their graduation project in the eighth semester, students complete their four-year undergraduate degree.
