Mission

An Electrical and Electronics Engineer is an individual who can design components and systems within the electrical-electronics engineering discipline, implement and improve these designs, solve operational problems, follow new developments in the field, and use their knowledge and experience for the benefit of society. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering undertakes the mission of providing an undergraduate program that equips students with these qualities and prepares them for both professional careers and graduate studies.

Vision

Our vision is to contribute at an international level in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering education and research. We aim to maintain the highest academic standards, promote innovation, and integrate academia with industry.

Aim

The primary aim of the program is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to take an active role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems. In this context, the program aims to develop students’ analytical thinking abilities, enable them to produce interdisciplinary solutions, participate in research and development processes, and closely follow technological innovations.

Objectives

  • To provide knowledge and skills related to the design and integration of electrical, electronic, energy, and communication systems,
  • To train graduates who can adapt to sectors such as energy, telecommunications, automation, defense, and microelectronics,
  • To develop students’ analytical thinking, problem-solving, creative design, and teamwork competencies,
  • To support research-development and entrepreneurial culture, raising engineers capable of producing innovative solutions,
  • To educate professionals who adhere to ethical values, have a sense of sustainability, and embrace lifelong learning.
