Planning Team

ÜNİVERSİTE YÖNETİMİ

The Planning Team brings together and integrates faculty/college/unit strategies, financial plans, and budget requests as a whole. As a result of their long meetings and discussions with the Units, they make suggestions to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Rector about the distribution of the budgets and act as consultants during the decision phase.

 

The Planning Team consists of:

  • Chairman of the Board of Trustees
  • Rector
  • Vice-Rector for Strategic Planning
  • General Secretary
  • Budget Manager
  • Strategic Management and Planning

 

The Planning Team uses the following criteria when evaluating and prioritizing the annual strategic target and budget requests of the units:

  • How well does the demand align with university priorities?
  • To what extent is the demand aligned with the faculty/college/unit strategy and financial plan?
  • To what extent is the demand aligned with the financial situation of the University?
