  1. Defines advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in healthcare, supported by textbooks, applications, and multimedia tools.
  2. Identifies concepts based on theoretical and practical knowledge in medical and applied sciences, as required in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
  3. Utilizes theoretical and practical knowledge specific to physiotherapy and rehabilitation to promote individual, family, and community health.
  4. Applies physiotherapy assessment methods considering patients’ cultural characteristics and developmental stages.
  5. Analyzes collected data, identifies problems, selects appropriate evidence-based treatment methods, implements them, and monitors progress.
  6. Takes responsibility individually or as part of a team in managing complex and unforeseen professional tasks.
  7. Conducts advanced-level research independently within the field.
  8. Evaluates risks and opportunities related to personal, professional, and work-related areas, contributing to innovative approaches, technologies, and products with high social, cultural, and economic value.
  9. Manages activities aimed at professional development for those under their supervision within a project framework.
  10. Takes risks and responsibility in implementing innovations in knowledge, practices, and technologies within the field.
  11. Critically evaluates advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
  12. Identifies learning needs and plans activities to enhance both personal and supervised individuals’ performance.
  13. Communicates thoughts and problem-solving approaches effectively in written and oral forms, informing relevant individuals and institutions.
  14. Shares ideas and solutions on field-related issues with both experts and non-experts using quantitative and qualitative data.
  15. Uses a foreign language (English) at a minimum B1 level according to the European Language Portfolio to follow field developments and communicate with colleagues.
  16. Utilizes information and communication technologies at an advanced level, as defined by the European Computer Driving License (ECDL).
  17. Organizes and participates in projects and activities for the social environment with a sense of social responsibility.
  18. Adheres to social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values in data collection, interpretation, implementation, and dissemination of results.
  19. Conducts professional activities with awareness of universal social rights, social justice, quality culture, cultural preservation, environmental protection, occupational health, and safety.
  20. Understands the importance of ethical principles and ethics committees in education, practice, and research for individuals and society.
  21. Possesses sufficient knowledge and skills in health, environment, and occupational safety, adhering to quality management processes in service delivery.
  22. Acts as a role model for colleagues and society as a physiotherapist.
  23. Engages in national and international educational programs for continuous professional development, accredits them, and documents achievements.
