Career management and career planning at İstanbul Arel University are directly proportional to success. In order for career planning to be implemented, it is necessary to have the knowledge, experience and performance evaluation prerequisites of the relevant position. Assignments are evaluated on purely objective data.

 

Through the performance evaluation processes, the employee’s performance in the previous year is evaluated and the goals and development areas for the next year are determined. These interviews provide an important basis for presenting feedback on the competence and performance of the employee by mutually revealing the expectations of the employee and the manager.

 

In this direction, our Human Resources team provides all our employees with the opportunity to develop their careers, conducting intensive studies to identify the strengths and weak points of our employees and to prepare development plans for this purpose.
