The Goal of the Program Nowadays, when the Industry 4.0 philosophy has transformed all sectors, various engineering activities in enterprises have to work in harmony with each other. This is one of the effective ways to be innovative and create added value. Apart from the need for these engineering sciences separately in the industry, knowledge with an interdisciplinary perspective is one of the must-haves of the industry in today’s conditions.The Mechatronics Program aims to train qualified personnel for various job descriptions in sectors that require interdisciplinary work of machinery, electronics, computer and control sciences, and it has strategic importance for our country to achieve its goals in the industry 4.0 roadmap.
Job Opportunities
Students who graduate from this field can primarily work with the title of “mechatronics technician” in automation sector and its sub-sectors and also various sectors such as production, design, maintenance, R&D, aerospace industry, defense industry etc. After completing their associate degree, they can continue their academic and career development in the field of mechatronics, as well as specialize in other engineering fields.
