25.03.2021 Erasmus Sınav Yönergesi

• Muafiyet sınavının ilk oturumu 25.03.2021 Perşembe günü yazılı sınav olarak yapılacaktır. Bu sınavdan başarılı olan öğrenciler 26.03.2021 Cuma tarihinde yapılacak olan ‘Speaking’ sınavına girmeye hak kazanacaktır.
• Sınav Zoom linkleri ilgili sınav gözetmeni tarafından öğrencilere e-mail yolu ile gönderilecektir. Bu yüzden e-mail adreslerinin geçerli ve doğru olması son derece önemlidir.
• 25.03.2021 tarihinde yapılacak yazılı sınavın başlangıç saati 13.00, bitiş saati 14.40 olacaktır.
• Sınav 2 oturumda tamamlanacaktır.
  • 13.00-13.40: Use of English / 50 puan
  • 14.00-14.40:  Reading / 50 puan
• Sınav ‘ONLINE’ olarak görüntülü bir şekilde ZOOM programı üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir.
• Sınav gününde internet bağlantısı olan, ses-kamera sistemine sahip bir cihazdan bağlanmak zorunludur. Ayrıca bu cihazlarda ‘Zoom’ ve ‘Word’ programlarının olması gerekmektedir
• Sınav başlangıcında sorular e-mail ya da Zoom üzerinden öğrencilere yollanacak ve her oturum sonunda öğrenci tarafından cevaplanıp, kayıt edilip ‘Grup Sorumlusuna’ geri yollanacaktır.
• Yazılı sınav geçme notu 70’tir. 70 puan altında alan öğrenciler sınavda başarısız sayılırlar ve speaking sınavına giremezler. Yazılı sınavda 70 ve üzeri puan alan öğrenciler 26.03.2021 Cuma günü yapılacak ‘Speaking’ sınavına girmeye hak kazanırlar. Speaking sınavına katılmayan öğrenciler sınavdan başarısız sayılırlar.
• Speaking sınavı da ‘Zoom’ üzerinden online olarak yapılacaktır. Geçme notu 70’tir.
• Speaking sınavı Zoom üzerinden bir ‘Öğretim Elemanı’ ile karşılıklı 10 dakikalık bir soru-cevap seansı şeklinde olacaktır. Bu soru cevap kısmında B2 seviyesi konuşma becerisi aranacaktır.
• Speaking sınavı ile ilgili ayrıntılı duyuru yazılı sınav esnasında yapılacaktır.
• Her 2 sınav başlamadan önce kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır.
• Her 2 sınavda da öğrenciler baştan sona kamera önünde olmak zorundadır. Sınavı erken biten öğrenciler sınav sonuna kadar oturumlarını kapatamazlar.
• Sınav boyunca 2. Bir elektronik cihaz kullanımı (cep telefonu, tablet… vb.) yasaktır.
• Sınavlar boyunca kameranın her an açık olması ve öğrencinin ekranda net bir şekilde görünmesi zorunludur.
• Sınav boyunca ekran önünden ayrılmak yasaktır.
• Kuralların herhangi birinin ihlali ya da şüpheli bir durumda sınav Grup Sorumlusu tarafından iptal edilebilir.
• Kopya çekilmesi, teşebbüs edilmesi, sınava öğrenci yerine başkasının girmesi… vb. durumlarda ilgili öğrencinin sınavı iptal edilir ve ‘Disiplin Yönergesi’ ilgili maddeleri gereği işlem yapılır.
• Sınavlar kayıt edilecektir.

School of Foreign Languages Erasmus Exam Guidelines

• The first session of the Erasmus test will be held on Thursday, 25th of March, 2021. Students who pass this exam will be entitled to take the Speaking test that will be held on Friday, 26th of March, 2021. Students who fail from the written test can not take the Speaking Test.
• Exam Zoom links will be sent to students by e-mail by the relevant exam supervisor. Therefore, it is extremely important that e-mail addresses are valid and correct.
• Written exam starts at 13:00 and ends at 14:40.
• The exam consists of 2 parts:
  • 13.00-13.40: Use of English / 50 points
  • 14.00-14.40: Reading / 50 points
• Exam will be conducted online on Zoom.
• On the exam day, it will be done through a computer or similar device with a broadband internet connection, sound and camera system. In addition, these devices must have ‘Zoom’ and ‘Microsoft Word’ programs.
• Questions will be sent to the students via e-mail or Zoom. Students are required to send back the answers at the end of each session.
• Passing grade for the written test is 70. Students who score below 70 will be considered unsuccessful and can not take the speaking test. Students who do not take the Speaking exam will be considered unsuccessful.
• Passing grade for the speaking test is also 70.
• Speaking test will be conducted online on Zoom.
• Speaking exam will be conducted by an instructor as a Q&A session for 10 minutes. Students are expected to answer B2 level questions fluently.
• Detailed information about the Speaking test will be given during the written test.
• ID control will be done before each test.
• During the test, student cameras will not be turned-off and the students will not be allowed to leave the screen.
• Students will not be allowed to use extra devices during the exam.
• In any case of doubt or violation of the rules,the test will be cancelled by the group supervisor.
• In any case of cheating or any problem during the ID control…etc. the test will be cancelled and the management will take action about the student according to the disciplinary regulations.
• All tests will be recorded by the ‘Group Supervisor’.
