Tourist Guidance Program

The tourism guidance program, which can adapt to the changing tourism sector conditions, has high communication skills, attaches importance to human health, ethical values, has the principle of country loyalty and knows its social responsibilities, aims to be a pioneering program for its students to obtain a professional tourist guidance work license by employing them in many areas where tourism services are provided.

Students who will study in Istanbul, which is the most important cultural tourism location in Türkiye, will have the opportunity to receive practical training with the support of leading tourism agencies, and they will get a place in the sector in a short time after graduation. In addition, in line with the goals of ”Lifelong Learning”, it shows the property of being an original program in which adults can also receive retraining in the context of self-improvement.

In addition, the education of individuals who have gained competence in accordance with the relevant Law in order to promote Türkiye to other countries correctly and consistently also constitutes an important dimension.

Students who have graduated from the program can find employment opportunities by accompanying tourists and managing the tour depending on various travel agencies on all outgoing, ıncoming, ıngoing (local) tours after TUREB membership.
