PLANNING

Leads institutional progress by identifying areas of strategic importance, guiding and informing planning processes, and integrating academic and administrative plans.

Under the chairmanship of the Vice-Rector in Charge of Strategic Planning, the Planning Team works in cooperation and ensures the continuity of institutional development by identifying areas of strategic importance for Istanbul Arel University. The Planning Team guides the strategic planning processes at the University, faculty/college/institute, department and unit level. Informs the University about these processes. In addition, the team ensures that academic and administrative plans work consistently for the success of the university’s strategic initiatives.

The planning team plays an important role in many initiatives to achieve these goals, including:
