Mission:

Our mission is to train technicians who have knowledge about different types of health and safety problems encountered in the workplace environment in our country and around the world, follow and apply legal legislation on occupational health and safety, examine occupational hazards that employees may be exposed to at work and analyze risks that may occur. At the same time, educating our graduates in such a way that they can exhibit proactive behaviors in using and developing modern occupational safety methods and putting them into practice at the point of solving problems that may exist in the workplace environment is one of our priority missions. We aim to ensure that employees learn safe working methods at workplaces, learn to use personal protective equipment and gain awareness of possible hazards. As the occupational safety technician of our students; we focus on developing the awareness of social responsibility by encouraging them to contribute to the introduction and dissemination of occupational safety culture to our society. Among our missions is to raise individuals who are sensitive to the current events Decently related to occupational health and safety and who follow the practices and developments in occupational health and safety issues.

Vision:

Our vision is to train qualified occupational safety technicians who are proactive in approaching hazards and potential risks in the workplace, who can observe employees and the work environment with modern techniques, who ensure continuous improvement with appropriate quality processes, and who create an occupational safety culture in the workplace. In addition to providing students with a strong basic education, our program aims to provide them with tools that will enable them to be successful in their fields by bringing together health, technical and legal disciplines. In addition, we aim to make our students competitive in the sector by keeping our program up-to-date to meet the constantly changing work environment requirements in line with the feedback we receive from our external stakeholders. We work in close cooperation with the sector and provide our students with real sector experiences through internship opportunities, ensuring that our graduates become technicians who will meet the needs of the sector. We aim to increase the career opportunities of our students with curriculum and practices suitable for the occupational safety specialist exam they will take after graduation.
