A double major is a program that offers students the opportunity to complete a second major within a specific course program in addition to a major during their associate degree. This program offers students more flexibility and variety in their careers.

Students have the opportunity to specialize in a specific field while also gaining knowledge and skills in another field that they are interested in or that can contribute to their career goals. Double major programs usually require additional courses and additional academic effort during their associate degree, but graduates may have a wider range of job opportunities.
