Goals

Business Administration (TR) Undergraduate Program aims to provide its graduates with the knowledge and skills related to all functions of the business administration. In line with this goal, courses are reinforced in laboratories, and students are given the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned in theoretical courses. Thus, it contributes to our graduates to be better equipped and one step ahead of their competitors when they enter the business life. Goals of the Business Administration (TR) Undergraduate Program are;

· Goal 1; Equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in the fields of management, human resources, production, public relations, finance, marketing, accounting as well as auditing,

· Goal 2; Equip students with competence in making accurate decisions under difficult conditions in the fields of management, human resources, production, public relations, finance, marketing, accounting,

· Goal 3; Train students who have innovative, researcher, entrepreneurial competence and social and ethical responsibility.

· Goal 4; Equip students with leadership skills providing them with the competence to communicate effectively with their environment,

· Goal 5; Adopt continuous learning as a principle,

· Goal 6; Train specialists or managers for private and public organizations.
