About Us
Arel EMK is the official student club of Istanbul Arel University’s Department of Industrial Engineering. Our mission is to support members’ academic growth, career readiness, and social development through sector-focused seminars, technical visits, training workshops, and social-responsibility projects—each designed to broaden networks and hands-on experience.

Activities
- Engineering Talks
Conversations with leading industry professionals who share real-world insights and trends.
- Technical Visits: As the Industrial Engineering Club of Istanbul Arel University, we have added another milestone to our industry-focused field trips. During our visit to Turkish Cargo, a global leader in logistics and aviation, our students had the chance to observe—on site—how cargo operations are managed, how warehouse processes run, how load planning is performed, and how information systems are fully integrated.
This technical trip enabled our members to reinforce their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, hear operational details directly from experts, and broaden their professional horizons.
- Training Events
On 18 April 2025 we hosted “ERP Management and Work Experience” with guest speakers Faruk İşlek and Şule Nur Moral. Participants left with both technical know-how and practical career tips—thank you for the outstanding turnout!
- Academic Support
From 1–3 November 2024, Arel EMK volunteers assisted at the 3rd Conference on Organizational Management held on campus. Certificates of appreciation were presented by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ersin Göse.
- Social Events
Our most recent Meet & Greet brought together students from multiple departments and faculty members for a day packed with networking, games, and plenty of fun. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
- Recruitment Stand
We welcomed new members at our campus booth, shared upcoming project ideas, and kicked off the term with great energy. Welcome to the Arel EMK family—exciting events ahead!
