Mission

The main purpose of the culinary program is to train employees who have the necessary knowledge and skills about food and beverage production and who will be employed in food production enterprises, especially in the food sector. In addition, it is aimed to provide the program students with the competence to compete in international and/or national competitions on the theme of food and beverage.

 

Vision

It is to train a qualified workforce with the necessary theoretical knowledge and sectoral experience of the employment needs of the tourism and food and beverage sector, closely following the latest developments of the sector in the field of gastronomy, whose vision is wide and open to continuous development.
