Court Office Services Programme

The Court Office Services Program is an associate degree program that provides 2-year education depending on the the Vocational School. The language of education is Turkish.

To ensure the training of professional staff who have theoretical knowledge in the field of law and can combine it with practical knowledge and skills, qualified to work in judicial and administrative judiciary, private sector or penal institutions, armed with professional knowledge and experience.

In order to train justice personnel with the equipment needed by official and private institutions, to lead the courts, law firms and lawyers in the justice system to organize various academic activities, as well as to constantly update courses according to changing legislation and laws by following information that can conduct scientific studies in the field of law, as well as to be a program that follows academic developments and is the most preferred by students.

The aim of our program is to train qualified auxiliary court personnel with sufficient basic legal knowledge to carry out the administrative affairs of institutions and organizations involved in judicial services and the private sector.

The main objectives of our program are to provide public and private sector institutions and organizations, especially the courthouse and other sub-units of the Ministry of Justice;

* Having the knowledge and ability to ensure the rapid, efficient and effective execution of the justice service,

* To train professional administrative personnel who are open to innovations, closely monitor technology and publications related to their profession.

The Court Office Services Program accepts students with the type of TYT points.

Our graduates are appointed to the positions of enforcement directorate, deputy executive directorate, editorial directorate, deputy editorial directorate, police clerk within the judicial organization. They can be appointed to positions ranging from execution officer to director in execution ınstitutions; they can serve at various levels in trade registry directorates. They are employed in the legal consultancy departments of various public institutions and organizations and private sector organizations, in companies that offer software support to law firms on legal programs. In addition, notaries can work in law offices, banks and companies’ execution tracking offices.
