Education Process
The aim of the Computer Programming Program is to train qualified individuals who can work in the information technology sector, are familiar with technology, can transform knowledge into production, can carry out field-related applications and activities through analytical thinking, are able to take responsibility, can develop themselves socially, possess effective communication skills, have adopted a lifelong learning vision, and thus continuously improve themselves.
In line with this aim, the program provides education with a constantly updated curriculum and course content. The curriculum mainly consists of software/programming courses, and all field courses are taught practically in computer laboratories. Throughout their 2-year education, students are trained to develop console, desktop, internet-web, and mobile applications through the training they receive in C++, C#, Java programming languages, as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET MVC.
Additionally, in the database courses included in the curriculum, students receive training in both Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, gaining skills in database management and developing applications that use these databases. Within the scope of the vocational project course, students choose an area in which they want to specialize and develop sector-oriented applications in that field.

Graduates of the Computer Programming Program can work in public institutions and the private sector with the title of computer programmer or computer technician. In addition, graduates can be employed in the software or IT departments of companies in the information technology sector as computer programmers, system support staff, computer instructors, software specialists, software test specialists, application programmers, network administrators, analyst programmers, technical consultants, web designers, internet programmers, software coordinators, data preparation and control operators, and project managers.
Vertical Transfer Exam
