2547 Madde 44-C Sınavları Hakkında

Sevgili Öğrencilerimiz,

Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı’ndan gelen 07.02.2022 tarihli yazı ile “Küresel salgında ülkemizde yaşanan normalleşme süreci ile birlikte 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı itibariyle yüz yüze eğitime geçildiği ve sınavların yüz yüze yapılmasına engel hususların bulunmadığı, uygulamada birlik sağlama açısından örgün öğretim programlarında ara, dönem sonu ve bütünleme sınavlarının yüz yüze düzenlenmesi, il özelinde sınavların belirlenmiş olan takvimde yüz yüze yapılmasına engel herhangi bir durum olması halinde söz konusu sınavların çevrimiçi yapılması yoluna gidilmeyip ertelenmek suretiyle ileri bir tarihte yüz yüze yapılması” uygun görülmüştür.

Bu kapsamda 2547 sayılı kanunun 44. maddesi “c” fıkrası uyarınca tanınan ek sınav hakkından yararlanan öğrencilerin sınavları yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir.

About the Article No. 2547 44-C Exams

Dear Students,

With the letter dated 07.02.2022 from the Council of Higher Education, it has been stated that “With the normalization process experienced in our country in the global epidemic, face-to-face education has been started as of the 2021-2022 academic year and there are no obstacles to face-to-face exams. In order to ensure unity in practice, mid-term, final and make-up exams are going to be held face-to-face in formal education. In the event that there is any obstacle for the province-specific exams to be held face-to-face in the determined calendar, the given exams are going to be face-to face at a later date by postponing instead of holding online.”

In this context, the exams of the students who benefit from the additional exam right granted will be held face to face in accordance with the paragraph “c” of the 44th article of the law numbered 2547.
